I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but this summer is hot as hell. And I don’t just mean the record-breaking temperatures, but also the blaze of new album’s from some of the biggest names in music. In the past month alone we’ve seen releases from Halsey, Katy Perry, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, DJ Khaled and Calvin Harris, among others. So the Pandora Top Spins Chart is a pretty competitive place these days. Let’s take a look at who’s pulling out ahead.

The Leaders

One man rules the chart this week, and that man is DJ Khaled. Well, DJ Khaled and his dearly beloved son, Asahd, who not only appears on the cover art for his latest album, Grateful, but is also listed as an executive producer. (He’s, like, 8 months old BTW.) Khaled takes the first two spots this week as the Rihanna/Bryson Tiller duet “Wild Thoughts” jumps up to #2, right behind the bouncy posse cut “I’m The One,” which enjoys its seventh week at #1. Grateful has helped Khaled see a strong and steady uptick in artist station adds. Back in April, he was averaging around 2,000 daily artist station adds; over the past two weeks, he’s averaged over 8,000.

And even though it’s been on the chart for nearly five months, Post Malone’s “Congratulations” continues to rise, this week from #12 to #5 — marking his highest performance on the chart so far. Then we have Halsey’s “Now or Never” jumping an impressive 31 spots to #8, narrowly beating out Childish Gambino’s “Redbone.” Rounding out the top 10 is “Weak,” the latest single from indie pop band AJR.

The Newbies

Hip-hop heads rejoice: There’s plenty of new tunes this week. In addition to fresh cuts from Drake (“Signs,” #55), Metro Boomin (“No Complaints,” #76), Meek Mill (“Whatever You Need,” #82) and 2 Chainz (“4 AM, #86), there’s also a some new talent making moves. After letting it hit on the Predictions Chart, Atlanta rapper SahBabii pulls up to the Top Spins Chart with his breakout hit “Pull Up Wit Ah Stick.” The song, which dropped in February and quickly went viral, saw around 1 million spins in one week and continues to rise. Fellow up-and-comers A Boogie Wit da Hoodie and XXXTentacion follow, with “Jungle” — off A Boogie’s Artist mixtape — at #94 and XXTentacion’s breakout “Look At Me” at #99.

But it isn’t all hip-hop. Coming in at #60 is Shawn Hook and Vanessa Hudgens’ duet “Reminding Me. It marks Hudgens’ first official single since 2008’s “Sneakernight.” Two country songs debut this week with Morgan Wallen’s debut single “The Way I Talk” (#83) and “Gettin’ You Home,” the latest single from Chris Young, at #92. There are also two Latin singles debuting this week, with Gerardo Ortiz’s “Para Que Lastimarme” (#88) and Zion Y Lennox’s “Otra Vez” (#97).

The Climbers

As “Jungle” makes an entrance, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s “Drowning” comes up for air. During its ninth week on the chart, the track jumps 39 spots after a nearly 100% week-on-week lift in spins. Bruno Mars’ “Versace on the Floor” also makes a considerable jump this week, from #64 to #45. And after sticking around in the 90s for a few weeks, Tee Grizzley’s out-of-jail breakout single “First Day” breaks into the top 75 this week, jumping 19 spots from #93 to #74.

Three country singles make significant gains this week, too. Jason Aldean’s “They Don’t Know” jumps 17 spots, Garth Brooks’ “Ask Me How I Know” rises 18 spots, and Eric Church’s “Round Here Buzz” rises from #89 to #67.
